In this video, we demonstrate how to use financial, payroll and human resources data within NetSuite. We’ll showcase how the unified suite bridges the gap between financial health, payroll expenses and headcount analysis, while also reviewing key KPIs like employee productivity, hiring trends, ERP metrics and real-time workforce analytics. We then dive into comparison capabilities for sales data by region and payroll trends—like salary, bonuses and commissions—by time periods. Lastly, we’ll demonstrate employee capabilities within NetSuite to independently access their own payroll information, like pay stubs, W-4 elections, taxes and other withholdings.

In this demonstration, we dive into NetSuite's Supply Chain Control Tower and explain how the intelligent predicted risks functionality can predict potential late purchase orders, sales orders and transfer orders. We’ll start on the dashboard where we can see real-time insights into the status and health of the entire supply chain. From there, we move into the predicted risk portlet where users can assess the ability to deliver orders on time. We’ll also walk through managing any potential issues flagged by NetSuite, and we'll conclude by accepting NetSuite's simulation recommendations.

NetSuite WMS: Cycle Counting on a Mobile Device

In this video, we demonstrate how to perform cycle counting on a mobile device with NetSuite WMS. Starting on the dashboard, we’ll explain how to create, assign, generate and release a new cycle count. We’ll leverage the mobile RF handheld device to begin and complete the inventory count of the newly released item. And finally, we’ll use the manager dashboard to approve the completed cycle count and view key details, like inventory variance.

NetSuite Advanced Inventory Management

In this video, we demonstrate NetSuite's advanced inventory management capabilities. We start on the “New Item” page where users can see their lot numbers and serialized inventory items, matrix items as well as the matrix item assistant. We’ll then walk through the item record, including the feature for multiple units of measures, which differentiates purchasing and stocking of an item. We also dive into the detail tab, where users can see lot numbers by location, and finally, we demonstrate how NetSuite's item receiving and fulfillment processes help increase efficiencies within the warehouse.

NetSuite SuiteProjects

In this video, we demonstrate the capabilities of NetSuite SuiteProjects. Starting on the main dashboard, we see key metrics for all of our active projects, like billable hours and project status. We’ll drill into a project-specific dashboard where we dive into project-specific KPIs, like billable hours and percentage completed, as well as project indicators with recommended tasks. To conclude, we’ll navigate the project record, where we review the details of the project schedule, resources list, financial information, and risk detail, which notifies us when technical help is needed to complete the project.

NetSuite CRM: Customer Support

In this video, we demonstrate NetSuite CRM for customer service roles. The dashboard shows outstanding cases awaiting response, high-priority cases that need immediate attention as well as returns. The KPI tile provides a real-time view into open and new cases, escalations and closed cases. We'll also explain how to use the case search portlet to find key details at the individual case level. Here, we'll show how to filter cases by assignment, status and cases that are awaiting response. Next, we'll open a new case and review an existing case, explaining how to find important details like who opened the case, incident information, supporting documentation and any related transactions. Lastly, we'll dive into the metrics tab, which shows how long a case has been open, response time and more.

NetSuite SuiteBilling: Managing Subscription Billing

In this video, we demonstrate how to manage subscription billing within NetSuite SuiteBilling. Using NetSuite’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, we start by creating a sales order with details like items purchased, billing schedule and any existing subscriptions. The subscriptions show applicable regions, durations, end dates and renewal information. We’ll dive into subscription pricing around customer rates as well as any discounts. We'll also demonstrate how to edit subscriptions for upsells and downsells, and we’ll conclude by reviewing a monthly recurring revenue report, which can be customized to show the most relevant billing information for your company or organization.

NetSuite SuiteSuccess Planning & Budgeting: Standard Edition

In this demonstration, we walk through NetSuite’s SuiteSuccess Planning and Budgeting Standard Edition. We start within the tools menu where users can manage the synchronization between ERP and planning data, schedule and execute load jobs, and review activity logs. Moving into reporting and analytics capabilities, we demonstrate how to review or edit variance explanations and perform scenario analysis. We also dive into financial reporting in which customized dashboards help visualize key performance metrics and trends across the organization, and we conclude by using the Smart View add-in to access reports as well as perform ad-hoc analysis within Excel.
